Abaco Estates is a privately owned agency specialising in Sales, Lettings and Management. Kevin Burnham, who continues to manage the Agency with a "hands on" approach, established the Agency on 1st November 1995.

We are extremely proud of the pro-active service and dogged determination demonstrated by our Negotiators and the high achievements of our dedicated, office based, Deal Closing Team. This unique structure allows our Negotiators to concentrate their efforts on showing further properties.

With us entering our 10th year we have continued to make an impact in our heartland of North West and Central London, whilst operating from a single centralised office. Our success is partly due to the complete and coherent marketing coverage through the printed press and the Internet as well as maintaining an expansive database of investors, corporate and private applicants searching for property. Furthermore we strive to make ourselves available at times that suit our applicants and clients with viewings until 19.30 weekdays and 18.00 on Saturdays.

Our goal is to Let/Sell as many properties as possible with all parties feeling good once the deal has been done!

All our enthusiastic staff are highly motivated. We ensure our staff receive in house training and are able to offer a professional service to all our Landlords, Applicants and Tenants. With this in mind, all viewings are accompanied by one of our Negotiators who are best placed to offer advice and negotiate offers. We never release keys to other agents or send applicants to meet Landlords unaccompanied. Recognising that our Clients and Applicants lead busy lifestyles, our Negotiators carry all the necessary paperwork with them so there is no delay from the viewing time to placing an offer, this can be done in the property. Valuations are free, together with advice on how to maximise rental returns.

Our Management Department has state of the art software together with a large selection of fully insured contractors and tradesmen. We undertake regular property inspections, arrange full inventories, schedules of dilapidations, payment of bills, payment of service charges and routine maintenance. We are able to offer additional services such as insurance, refurbishments and furnishing*. Our Management service allows us to tailor make the service you need including access to property information on the internet.

Our Negotiators will show our large selection of properties and, if there is not a suitable property in-house, we offer a free property sourcing service. We will find the right property in the marketplace, therefore taking the arduous legwork away from our Applicants. We offer the same service to our Landlords by wholesaling their properties through the market place, at no extra cost to the Landlord, thus maximising the exposure of their property.

Abaco Estates cover a large part of North, North West and Central London incorporating the City and West End. We always have a selection of properties from studio flats to large ambassadorial houses on our books. Our Tenants are a mixture of corporate and high calibre private individuals.
